to enter in government service as the Railway recruitment cell has notified
various posts of Group C and D detailed
whereof is available on
www. rrcer.org . The closing date for online application is 14.12.2024. The interested person may apply for the said

scale Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/2800(Level-4/5),
Rs.1900/2000(Level- 2/3) and Rs. 1800/- (Level-1) against Sports Quota (Open
Advertisement) for the year 2024-25 in Eastern Railway for the vacancies
indicated below:

Note
(i) In terms of Railway Board’s Master Circular for Sports Quota Recruitment,
no relaxation in qualifying criteria or reservation to any Specific Community
is provided in this recruitment process.
(ii) Candidate may apply to one or more
categories of posts and one or more sports disciplines if they fulfill all
eligibility criteria. However, they will
have to fill up separate online application forms, pay examination/application
fees separately and upload relevant documents with online application forms
separately.

REGARDING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA, OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND HOW TO APPLY.
3.AGE LIMIT:
i)
Minimum 18 years
and maximum 25 years. The date of reckoning of age shall be 01.01.2025.
ii)
No age
relaxation (Upper or Lower) shall be permissible.
Note: Candidates
must mandatorily upload scanned copy of their Age Proof Certificates
(Matriculation or 10th Class Certificate or Admit Card of
Madhyamik/Secondary Examination indicating date of birth while filling up the
online application form and the original copy of age proof certificate must be
produced on the day of Trials during Documents Verification and as when
directed.

by the Railway Medical Authority as applicable for the offered posts. |

at least 3rd position in World Cup (Junior/Youth/Senior Category)
or Secured at least 3rd position in World Championships
(Junior/Senior Category) or Secured at least 3rd position in Asian
Games (Senior Category) or Secured at least 3rd position in
Commonwealth Games (Senior Category) or Secured at least 3rd
position in Youth Olympics or Secured at least 3rd position in
Champions Trophy (for Hockey). |

position, the National Sports Federations (NSF) are being requested to issue
certificate in this regard. However, till the practice is adopted by the NSFs

uploaded, which may be verified by the employer at the time of document
verification well before the approval of the competent authority for
recruitment purpose. |

For Athletics (W): In Athletics, medal
winning performance in National Inter State Senior Athletics Championship, may also be
considered for recruitment against the post in level-2/3(GP Rs. 1900/- or Rs2000/-).
In Athletics, Gold medal winner in Open National
Championships (Senior), Inter State Athletics Championships (Senior) and Asian
Championship (Senior) may be considered for recruitment in level5/4 (GP-Rs.
2800/- or Rs. 2400/-).
(iii)
For Gymnastics (M):. For the events conducted by Gymnastics
Federation of India led by Shri Sudhir Mittal as President on and from 26/02/2021 will be considered. However,
the certificates issued by the Association of Indian Universities and the
International Federations for recognized Sports Achievements will be
permissible.
(iv)
For Hockey(M): (a) Hockey India is the
recognized National Sports Federation and Certificates issued by Hockey India
will only be considered for recruitment & for recruitment against the posts
having Grade Pay 1,900 or 2,000 in Pay Band 5,200-20,200; (b) Participation in the International Tournaments
(senior or junior) of
four or more nations, may also be considered. (c) Semi-finalist in Senior National Championship may also be
considered for Grade Pay Rs.1900 or 2000 in Pay Band 5200-20200.(d) Participation in these tournaments (Category (3) (Level-1) may be
considered for recruitment against the posts having Grade Pay 1,800 in Pay Band
5,200-20,200.
(v)
For Volleyball (M&W): The certificates
issued by Volleyball Federation of India or its affiliated units after25.06.2020 will not be considered for
recruitment purpose. However, the certificates issued by the Association of
Indian Olympic Association, Indian Universities and the International
Federations for recognized Sports Achievements in the Game of Volleyball, will
be taken into consideration.
(vi)
For Power lifting (M&W): The sports
achievements in the event conducted by Indian Power lifting Federation (IPF) or
its affiliated units after 03.10.2017,
will not be considered for recruitment purpose. However, the certificate issued
by the Association of Indian Universities and the International Federations for
recognized sports achievement in the game of Power lifting will be taken into
consideration.
(vii)
For Rifle Shooting (M/W): (a) On the basis of performance in National
Shooting Championship
Competitions, only the “National Championship”
should be considered as recognized. Hence, “Civilian Championship” is not a
recognized championship for this purpose. (b)Only the individual performance
shall be considered in domestic championship for recruitment purpose. (c)All
India G.V.Mavlankar Shooting Championship is not a recognized championship for
this purpose.
(viii)
For Kabaddi (W):
For Women below 75 kg. at the
time of trial to be considered.
(ix)
Cross Country
(W): The candidate having the sports achievement in any of the recognized
championship/event in the game of Cross Country as indicated above and
fulfilling eligibility conditions, will be considered for trial for
recruitment, irrespective of any difference in distance. The selection trial
for recruitment against sports quota, to be done as per standard of Senior
National Championships.
(x)
Cycling (M): The candidate having the
sports achievement in any of the recognized championship/event in the game of
Cycling Track (Individual Pursuit, Point Race and Scratch Race) & Cycling
Road (Individual Time Trial, Team Time Trial and Road Mass Start) and fulfilling
eligibility conditions, will be considered for trial for recruitment,
irrespective of any difference in distance. The selection trial for recruitment
against sports quota, to be done as per
requirement/standard of Senior National Championships.
(xi)
Boxing(W): The sports achievement in the
event conducted by Boxing Federation of India led by Ajay Singh as President
will be considered.
NOTE: 1)
In addition to above for the posts in Category-1, the following shall be
considered as
Higher Sports Achievements and
eligible for recruitment against Sports Quota: -
(A) Achievements by representing Country in Olympic Games OR Gold
Medal in Asian Games
OR
02 Medal in different events in the same
Asian Games.
2) In addition to
above for the posts in Category-2, the following may be considered as
Higher Sports Achievements and eligible for
recruitment against Sports Quota: - (A) The Sports Achievements as
indicated for Category 1.
OTHER
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:
|
A) Certificates issued by the National Sports Federation
during the period of their de-recognition are ineligible to be considered for
recruitment against Sports Quota through Open Advertisement. All the
Championships mentioned above should be conducted under aegis of recognized
International/National/Universities/IOA and also recognized by Railway Sports
Promotion Board. The recognized sports
achievements. |

B)
Period of Reckoning Sports Achievements
– For recruitment against sports quota through Open Advertisement, recognized
Sports Achievements should be in the current and/ or immediate previous
two-financial years. Only those sportsperson who have acquired the
achievement eligibility norms in the recognized
championships/events on or after 01/04/2022 shall only be considered for
eligibility. The person have to be active sports person. The concluding day
of the championships or events will be considered, only. C)
If we do
not receive any valid application for recruitment of 05 posts in Level-4/5, Category -1 i.e. for PB-1 with GP-
2400/2800 the same quota may be downgraded to the quota in Level2/3
Category-2 i.e. for PB-1 GP- 1900/2000 for same disciplines, if any
suitable/eligible candidate is not available in the disciplines. |

D)
Sports persons having sports norms for higher Grade Pay and who have
applied against the vacancies for the lower Grade Pay can only be considered
for recruitment against the Grade Pay they have applied for. In such cases
the sportsperson must give an undertaking that he/she will not claim for
higher Grade Pay after joining in Railways, based on sports achievement
he/she has acquired prior to joining in Railways. |

Candidates must mandatorily upload

filling up the online application form and the originals must be produced on
the day of trials and document verification or as and when directed. No
additional certificates/ documents etc. will be accepted at the time of DV OR
Field Trial, which was not uploaded during the time of online application. |

ii) |
Eastern Railway reserves the right to consider only candidates who
have the potential to strengthen Eastern Railway existing teams based on
field trials conducted. The candidates would be selected for employment only,
if they are found fit in Eastern Railway team. |
|
iii) |
For Individual events, the performance during the field trial may
preferably be equivalent or better than 3rd place
(time/distance/weight/etc.) of last All India Railways Championships. |
|
iv) |
The selected
candidates shall accept posting anywhere in Eastern Railway. |
|
v) vi) vii) |
Non-fulfillment of any of the criteria mentioned in this
advertisement will make the application liable for rejection. The offer of appointment shall be given purely on the basis of merit.
In case more than one sportspersons score the same mark, preference will be
given to younger candidates to decide the merit. As per extant rule for Sports Quota Recruitment, no special
relaxation in qualifying criteria or reservation to any specific community is
provided in this recruitment process. |

RECRUITMENT PROCESS/SELECTION PROCEDURE:
i)
The e-call letter for recruitment process
would be available for online download on RRC/ER’s Website www.rrcer.org only
for 20 days before the Trial date. Call
letter would not be sent by
post. The candidates are hereby instructed to be in readiness for
recruitment process and treat it as a notice to finalization of recruitment process.
ii)
The recruitment will be based on trials
& assessment of recognized sports achievements as per norms, Educational Qualifications, etc. The
candidates, who are found FIT in trial, only will be considered for next stage. iii) The distribution of marks is as under:

Trials of the candidates shall be conducted by Trial Committee to assess their
sports performance and suitability for Zonal
Railway team as well as Indian Railway’s team. Trial Committee shall give the recommendations in terms
of FIT or NOT FIT for consideration for next stage as per criteria given below.

NOTE:- (1) For
Educational Qualification, 6 marks shall be given to the candidate fulfilling
only the minimum Educational qualification to the post against which he/she is being

Merit List of candidates shall be prepared on the basis of total marks awarded
by Trial Committee and

(3) After
selection by the Recruitment Committee, the candidate would be sent for medical
examination at Railway Hospital as per
MERIT ORDER in the ratio of 1:1 of notified vacancies. It is mandatory for such
a candidate to be declared FIT in the prescribed medical standard, by Railway
Medical Authority as applicable for the offered post.
(4) The
time and venue of trial/s and document verification will be fixed by RRC and
will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course. Request for any
change for the date of trials and document verification will not be entertained
under any circumstances.
(5) The
sports person recruited as Jr. Clerk or Sr. Clerk against Sports Quota should
pass the requisite Typing Proficiency Test within a period of 4 years from the
date of their appointment. The Sportspersons recruited against Sports Quota as
Jr. Clerk/Sr. Clerk and acquired sports norms and fulfil other conditions for
out-of-turn promotion, he/she may be exempted from the condition of passing
typing proficiency test for Out-of-Turn Promotion at the direction of GM/Head
of the Organization.
(6) Selection
candidates will have to submit a Service Bond of 5 years at the time of
appointment. They shall be on probation as per extant Railway rules.
9.
APPLICATION FEES:
i)
For all candidates except those mentioned in sub-para
(ii) below: Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five
Hundred Only) with a provision for refunding Rs. 400/ (Rupees Four Hundred Only) to those who are found eligible
as per notification and actually appear in the Field Trial, after deducting
bank charges.
ii) For
candidates belonging to SC, ST, Women, Minorities* and Economically Backward
Classes**, Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two
Hundred Fifty Only) with a provision for refunding the same to those who are found
eligible as per notification and actually appear in the Field Trial, after
deducting bank charges.
(iii)
Such candidates must upload relevant documents as per
Para-9/ii of this notification and produce originals at the time of field trial
and document verification. Application fee should be paid online through
Internet Banking or Debit or Credit Cards (service charges for payment of fees
will be borne by the candidates).
(iv)
Application fee in Cash/Cheque/Money Order/Central
Recruitment Fee Stamps/ Demand Draft will not be accepted and accordingly
application will be rejected.
(v) Candidates
should confirm if they wish to receive the refundable portion of application
fees (Rs. 400/- or Rs.250/- as applicable) on attending trials, in the account
from which they have made payment or alternatively, provide the beneficiary
account in which they wish to receive the refund viz. beneficiary name, account
number, name of bank and its IFSC code.
The refundable portion of application fee shall be refunded duly
deducting bank charges as applicable.
NOTE: *Minorities
referred here mean Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and
Zoroastrians
(Parsis).
** Economically Backward Classes here refer
to the candidates whose family income is less than Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand)
per annum.
10.
HOW TO APPLY:
i)
Candidates should ensure that their Name/Spelling,
Father’s Name/Spelling, Community details, Educational Qualification and Date
of Birth match with the entries recorded in Matriculation or Equivalent
Certificate.
In case there is
significant deviation/difference in the Name/Spelling/Dates etc. in the
documents of the candidate then his/her candidature will be summarily rejected
from the day the discrepancy is noticed. No claim would be entertained in this
regard. Hence, candidates are advised to thoroughly check their documents on
applying.
ii)
Eligible candidates are required to go to the link
provided for filling ON-LINE application through website of RRC/ER (www.rrcer.org) and fill up the personal
details/BIO-DATA carefully.
iii)
Candidates are advised to indicate their personal mobile
no. and personal valid e-mail ID in the ON-LINE application and keep
the elements active during the entire recruitment process for communicating
with the candidates.
11. DOCUMENTS
TO BE UPLOADED:
I. PHOTOGRAPH:
(a)
It should be a colour passport-size photograph with
white/light coloured background (which should not be older than three months
from the date of application)
(b)
The colour photograph must have been taken on or after
publication of web notice in specified format.
Photographs taken using mobile and self-composed portraits
may result in rejection of application.
(c)
It should be of size 35mm X 45mm or 320 x 240 pixels.
It should be in JPG/JPEG format scanned with 100 DPI Resolution. The size of
the photograph should be between 20KB-50KB.
(d)
The photograph must match with the appearance of the
candidate on the days of Trial and document verification and medical test.
(e)
The photo should have clear front view of the candidate
without cap and sunglasses.
(f)
The face should occupy at least 50% of the area of the
photograph with a full-face view looking at the camera directly. The main
features of the face must not be covered by hair of the head any cloth or any
shadow. Forehead, eyes, nose and chin should be clearly visible.
(g)
In case the candidate wears glasses, then the
photograph should not have any glare/reflections on glasses and eyes should be
clearly visible.
(h)
Photos of the candidates on all documents should be
identical in all stages of recruitment process. Candidates are advised to keep
at least 12 (Twelve) copies of the same photograph for further use, as and when
required during the recruitment process.
II. SIGNATURE AND LTI:
(a) The
applicant must sign and put LTI on white paper with Black Ink within a box of
size 50 mm x 20 mm. The images should be in JPG/JPEG format scanned with 100
dpi resolution. Size of file should be between 10KB-40 KB.
(b) The
signature and LTI must be of the applicant only and not of any other person
otherwise it would be treated a impersonation/fraud. Candidate should then
upload scanned photograph, Left Thumb Impression, and signature in following
manner.
(c) Signatures
of the candidates on all documents should be identical in all stages of
recruitment process. Signatures in different style at the time of Trial,
Document Verification, Medical Examination etc. may be reason in cancellation
of candidature.
(d) Signature
should be either in Hindi or English and must not be in Capital or Disjointed letter.
III. OTHER
DOCUMENTS (In pdf format only) :
a) Self attested
copy of a valid photo identity card issued by a government body/authority like
Aadhar card/PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID Card etc. should be uploaded
along with the application form. The candidate should carry this identity card
in all stages of recruitment process along with the e-call letter so that the
personal details viz. name/spelling, date of birth etc. mentioned in the online
application are confirmed. (b) Self-attested certificate in proof of
Educational Qualification issued by Board/Council/University as per Para 4
above should be uploaded along with the application form.
(c) Candidates
who will produce sports achievement certificates from Association of Indian
Universities, they must upload the following documents: - (i) University
Certificate or Mark Sheet or Admission Receipt Book or College Photo Identity
Card or College Fee Book or certificate issued by authority of
University/College that the said candidate is representing the said
University/College in their respective discipline of sports in that particular
event.
(d) Self-attested
certificate in proof of age (Matriculation/10th certificate) as per
Para 3 above.
(e) Self-attested
certificate in proof of all recognized sports achievements as per Para 6 and 7
above.
(f) Candidates
claiming to be SC or ST community - Self attested community certificate issued
by the Competent Authority are required to be uploaded along with the online
application as per the Annexure-I.
(g) The OBC-NCL candidates - Self attested community certificate issued by the
Competent Authority are required to be uploaded with the online application as
per Annexure-II. They should also
submit selfdeclaration as per Annexure-IIA
indicating that the candidate does not belong to the Creamy Layer. EBC
Candidates: Candidates claiming to belong to EBC are required to upload
self-attested Income Certificate from the Competent Authority in the prescribed
format (As per Annexure - III of
this Notification).
(h) Minority Candidates: Candidates claiming to belong to
Minority Community are required to upload a declaration for waiver of
Application fees. (As per Annexure -
IIIA of this Notification).
(i)EWS candidates - Self attested EWS certificate issued
by Competent Authority are required to be uploaded with the online application
(As per Annexure – IV of this
notification).
(j) Ex-Servicemen-Discharge
certificate & Pension related documents (copy of PPO).
(k)Certificates in languages other
than English or Hindi should be accompanied by an attested translation in
English /Hindi.
(l) Candidates should submit an affidavit
before Hon’ble 1st class Magistrate/Executive Magistrate as per
Annexure-V provide with this notification without fail. Failing to submit
Annexure V and uploading the same with the online application will lead to
cancellation of candidature
12. STEPS
TO SUBMIT ONLINE APPLICATON:
i) Visit the official website of RRC-ER: www.rrcer.org . Click on “Online/E-Application for Sports
Quota /2024-25” link. Click on the “New Registration” link. ii) Fill in the
personal information viz. Name, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Community, e-mail
ID and Mobile number. On submission of required details an e-mail/SMS will be
received in the registered e-mail ID/Mobile number. Open inbox of your
registered e-mail/SMS and note the registration number and password. iii) Login
- using the Registration number & password sent in the e-mail/SMS.

Account Details for Refund Candidates who attend selection trials are
eligible for refund of application fee as per details in Para 9. Candidates
are required to indicate whether they want to receive the refund in the bank

amount viz. Beneficiary Name, Account Number. Name of Bank and IFSC Code in
the Online Application. Those candidates who have given the confirmation to
receive their refund in the account from which they have made the application

for them. Only those candidates who do not wish to receive the refund in the
account through which they paid application fee. |

Provide the details of a valid photo identity card and

13.
INVALID APPLICATIONS:
The applications having any of the following deficiencies,
discrepancies or irregularities will be summarily rejected:

Note: - The list
only illustrative and not exhaustive. The applications will be rejected on any
their irregularity /deficiency noticed by the RRC at any stage.
14. IMPERSONATION / SUPPRESSION OF
FACTSWARNING
14.1.
Any candidate found using unfair means of any kind in
the examination, sending someone else in his/her place to appear in the
examination/trial attempt to impersonate will be debarred from appearing in all
the examinations of all the RRBS/RRCs for lifetime. He/she will also be
debarred from getting any appointment in the Railways and if already appointed,
will be dismissed from service. Such candidates are also liable for legal
prosecution.
14.2.
Furnishing of any false information to the RRB/RRC or
deliberate suppression of any information at any stage will render the
candidate disqualified and debarred from appearing at any selection or
examination for appointment on the Railways or to any other Government service
and if appointed the service of such candidate is liable to be terminated.
14.3.
Candidates found submitting forged/fake
certificates/documents of any kind for securing eligibility and/or obtaining
privileges, including free travel for appearing in the CBT/PET/DV shall lead to
rejection of their candidature for the particular recruitment for which he/she
has applied. Further, he/she will also be debarred from all examinations
conducted by all RRBs/RRCs all over the country for a period of 2 years/for
life as deemed fit and legal action will be initiated, if warranted. Candidate
shall not bring in or attempt to bring in any political or other influence to
further his/her interest in respect of the recruitment. Candidature of such
candidates is liable to be rejected.
14.4.
Candidate shall not bring in or attempt to bring in any

15.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED:
i.
Non-fulfilment of any of the criteria mentioned in this advertisement will make
the application liable for rejection. ii.
The decision of the Administration in all matters relating to eligibility,
acceptance or rejection of applications etc. will be final and no enquiry or
correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The Administration does not
undertake any responsibility for sending any reply to the candidates for not
being selected or not called for in Trial/Document Verification.
iii.
For Refund of Application Fee, candidate must
produce the Caste Certificate, Death Certificate of husband, Affidavit that she
has not re-married since, copy of Decree from the Competent Court of Law,
Discharge Certificate, No Objection Certificate and Bonafide Certificate from
the employer along with the application form, where applicable.
iv.
Name of the successful candidates declared to be so
by the competent authority will be published separately, whose candidature
shall be provisional till completion of departmental verification of
qualifications, certificates etc. and found genuine along with the completion
of other formalities as per extant rules. Verification of certificates will
also be a mandatory condition for appointment.
v.
The list of eligible/ ineligible and dates will be
published on the website of RRC/ER. vi.
For the eligible candidates, the link for downloading the e-Call Letter/Admit
Card would also be made available on the RRC/ER website in due course.
Candidates must bring the original photo identity card with the online
application along with the e- call letter in all stages of the recruitment
process viz. trials, document verification etc.
vii. The
candidates will have to bring their own kit for the sports trial and also 04
recent passport size photographs (same
as affixed on the application). viii.
The candidates should abide by the instructions given on the RRC Website,
instructions given along with the e- call letter and instruction given at the
time of various recruitment stages.
ix.
Railway administration does not undertake any
responsibility for sending reply to candidates not being selected or not called
for in any stages of the recruitment process.
x.
RRC reserves the right to conduct the recruitment
stages Trials/DV on various dates and venues as decided by RRC/ER.
xi.
The candidates are advised to visit website of
RRC/ER regularly for various information of the stages of selection. Railway
administration will not be held responsible for failure of candidates to check
notices on website of RRC/ER.
xii.
Further details like list of candidates found
eligible for attending trials dates and venues of trials and other necessary
information related to this recruitment will be available on the website of
RRC/ER.
xiii.
The recruitment process as mentioned in detail at
para-8would be followed and merit would be prepared based on all the relevant
point mentioned in this notification and as per extant Railway Rules.
xiv.
As per the extant rules a 2nd Class journey Pass
from Home Station to the place of Trials and back will be issued to SC/ST
candidates for appearing in Trials as well as Document Verification. xv. Candidates should ensure to bring
original documents for Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Recognized
Sports Achievements, Caste/Community Certificates etc. on the date of Trial,
Documents verification etc., without which the candidate will not be allowed to
appear.
xvi. Candidates
who would be called for trial should prepare themselves to attend the same
within short notice. xvii. The
candidates may be required to stay during the selection trials for 2-3 days for
which they have to make their own arrangements.
xviii.
No TA/DA/Accommodation will be given for appearing
in the selection trials etc.
xix.
The Railway administration reserves the right to
fix, postponement or change any date and venue for trials etc, as per its own
convenience, which can also be cancelled due to unforeseen causes against which
no request/claim will be entertained.
xx.
Candidature of the candidate is provisional at all
stages of selection subject to fulfilment of all eligibility condition and
RRC/ER reserves the right to cancel the candidature at any stage if found not
eligible under the Rules/Instructions issued by the Railway Board from time to
time.
xxi.
Mere calling/appearing for any stages of
recruitment process, does not confer any right or claim for appointment.
xxii.
Posting of selected candidates would depend on
availability of vacancies (Hqrs./Divns/Workshops), medical fitness, and
decision of Competent Authority.
xxiii.
Serving Govt. Employee should take NO OBJECTION
CERTIFICATE from appropriate authority and the same is required to be uploaded
at the time of application.
xxiv. PROHIBITION
OF THE MOBILE/PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION DEVICES: Possession/use
of Mobile phones, Pagers, Communication/recording devices Bluetooth, Jewellery
and any other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the premises
where the trial is being conducted. Any violation of these instructions shall
entail cancellation of the candidature without prejudice to other
criminal/disciplinary action including debarment from future
selection/trial.
xxv.
Candidates are also advised not to bring any
valuable/costly items to the examination halls, as safe- keeping of these items
cannot be assured. Administration will not be responsible for any loss in this
regard. xxvi. Canvassing in any form
and malpractice of any kind will result in disqualification of the candidate. xxvii. All or any of the
terms/conditions in the notification can be modified/cancelled as per relevant
Railway rules/ modification/exigencies.
xxviii. LEGAL
JURISDICTION: For any legal disputes, the jurisdiction will be Hon’ble Central
Administrative Tribunal (CAT)/Kolkata.
CAUTION: - RRC Eastern Railway has not appointed any agent or coaching center for
acting on its behalf for this recruitment. Recruitment is purely on merit
based. Candidates are cautioned against any false claims made by any
unscrupulous persons/agencies of getting them selected in this recruitment on
illegal consideration. If they come across any such persons/agencies, please do
inform with intimation to Sr. Deputy General Manager cum Chief Vigilance
