Minimum qualification for Senior Manager (HR)/E-2

The minimum qualification for Senior Manager (HR)E-2 is MBA/PGDM in HR Management from a UGC recognized university and approved by AICTE or equivalent Degree with min 50% Marks and Certificate course of at least six months in MS Office from recognized institution or equivalent course.

Minimum qualification for Senior Manager (IT/Cyber Security)/ E-2.

The minimum qualification for Senior Manager (IT/Cyber Security/E-2 is BCA/MCA/B. Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunications/ Electronics and Instrumentations or equivalent degree from a recognized institution with Min 50% Marks in BCA/B. Tech or MCA and Candidates should have at least one of the certifications of  ISO 27001 LI/ LA or ISO 27701 LI/ LA . Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) Post Qualification. Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP). CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching or Security . Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA). Certified in Risk and Information system Controls (CRISC) Certification should be issued by Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M.).

CERSAI VACANCY RECRTUITMENT 2024 

Experience FOR Senior Manager (HR)/E-2

05 years of working in HR Department of any Govt/ PSU/ CPSE /Pvt Institutions etc. having knowledge of compliance of labour laws prevalent in the country.

Experience FOR Senior Manager (IT/Cyber Security)/ E-2

Post Qualification Experience : Working experience of 05 Years in Information Security/Cyber Security/Cyber Security Audit Department of Central Govt/State Govt/ Scheduled Commercial Bank/ PSU/CPSE/Pvt.  Institution of repute.
