has invited applications from all the Indian citizen for 33 vacancies of
Managers on contract basis with a good salary package and insurance. Those who

Managerial Vacancies: Details of Vacancies
Though
these are contractual vacancies yet the salary package is very good. The pay
for Assistant Level Vacancies: is Rs.48,000/- with Rs.6000 Conveyance
allowance and Rs.1000/- as telephone
allowance which comes to Rs.55000/-. Apart from this as per notification
if the any person selected for the vacancy of Assistant Manager he/she will
also be entitled for Provident Fund Facilities as per norms, Group Mediclaim
Policy of Rs. 5 Lacs, Group Term Life Insurance of Rs. 10 Lacs and Group Accidental Insurance of Rs. 10 Lacs which makes a total insurance cover of Rs.25/-
lacs.
The
Pay for Executive level vacancies is Rs.30,000/- with Rs.5000/- as conveyance allowance with
Rs.1000/- as telephone allowance and for the executive posts also there is
insurance claim of Rs.25.00 lacs.

Mode of Selection for PMBI
Recruitment 2025
As per
notification of PMBI the selection for the aforesaid vacancies will be
made on the basis initial screening and interview
The
selection process shall be followed by two stage process: So in order to get good score in screening
test the candidates needs to fill online
form properly and upload copies of their all the educational, experience certificates/documents.
Thereafter the complete application form will be checked, verified and screened
by the
PMBI and the candidates, whose candidature is found suitable and
eligible, they will be called for the next stage of Personal Interview. For
shortlisting the applications the there is grading system as detailed in the
notification. There is 5 marks for essential qualification and 3 extra marks
for additional qualification and there
is also grading for qualification percentage grading. Those have qualification
with 50% they will be granted 5 marks if a candidate is having qualification between 50% to 70% he will get 7 marks.
Similarly there is grading system for experience and additional experience and
