What is the
Selection process for JSA and Junior Stenographer
Selection process for Junior Secretariat Assistants:-For the selection of Junior Secretariate Assistant
there will be written examination and typing test of the candidates.
Typing test: There
will be typing test of 10-minute on the computer.
The candidates who applies for the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant needs to opt either for Hindi Typing or English tying in the application form.
Written Exam:
There will be written test which in two parts In Paper-I there will be mental ability test
and in the Paper II there will be General
Awareness and
English Language test As per
notification The Paper – I is only qualifying inand the the final merit list will
be made based on the performance of the candidates in Paper - II of the
competitive written examination.
Selection process for Junior Stenographer : For the selection of Junior Stenographer there will Stenography
skill test and written examination.
Stenography skill test The stenography
test is merely qualifying. For the stenography
test the candidates will be given one
dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi as per option selected by the candidate in the
application form at the speed of 80 w.p.m.. for full details the candidates needs to read

Examination-There will be one paper for the vacancy of Junior Stenographer which
will be in three parts i.e. General Intelligence and Reasoning, General
Awareness and English Language and Comprehension
