As per
notification job profile given in the official notification the selected JSA candidate
have to assist in general administration
whereas the Jr. Stenographer have to do the stenography and typing work to support
the administrative work apart from any other work assigned to them.

for Assistants &Stenographers: Qualification
Junior Secretariat Assistant: As per notification for the
post of JSA the required qualification is 10+2
with proficiency in computer typing apart from this the interested candidates
must have skill of typing @30 w.p.m. in English or Hindi Language.
Junior Stenographer: As per notification for the
post of Junior Stenographer the required
qualification is 10+2 with proficiency
in computer alongwith stenography skill
@ 80 w.p.m.

fresh recruitment for Assistants &Stenographers: What is the Mode of Selection
Junior Secretariat Assistant : There will be open competitive written examination and
typewriting test on Computer. The proficiency in computer typing speed and in
using computer will only be qualifying in nature. Written test will in two parts i.e. Part-I of mental ability and paper II of general English
language. For the typing test of English or Hindi language there will be 10
minutes tying test on computer @30 w.p.m.
Junior Stenographer : There will be open competitive written examination and
stenography test. The proficiency in stenography will only be qualifying in
nature. For stenography test of Hindi or
English there will be Dictation for 10 minutes at the speed of 80 w.p.m.
