The essential qualification for the vacancy of Junior
Assistant manager is Graduation in any discipline from a university recognized
by Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by Government
of India.
Apart from this candidates should have proficiency in computers.

2025 Notification: What is the Age criteria for the post of JAM
As per
notification the minimum age for the post of JAM is 20 years whereas the Maximum age is 25 years and the candidate must have been born not
earlier than 01.03.2000 and not later than 01.03.2005 (both dates inclusive.
The age relaxation is applicable as per
rules and regulations of the IDBI bank.

2025: What is the pay and perks for the post of Junior Assistant Manager
If a candidate is selected for the post of
Junior Assistant in that eventuality during training period of 6 months the selected candidate will get Rs.5000/- and during internship of 2 months
the selected candidate will get Rs.15,000/- per month. On joining the bank
service as Junior Assistant Manager(JAM) (Grade O) the CTC will be between Rs.6.14 to 6.50 lakh.

As per
notification for the selection of Junior Assistant Manager there will be online
test. After qualifying the online test there will be interview of the
