What is the Educational Qualification
for the posts of Executives/Engineers
As per
notification the requisite qualification
for the vacancies of Engineers and Executives is B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.), M.Sc. (Geology), degree
in Mining Engineering with minimum 60% Full-Time (Regular) MBA with
Specialization in Personnel Management (CA/CMA etc. for full details the candidates must read the qualification carefully. Apart from this there is mandatory experience
of one year is required.
What is the age limit for THDC

As per
notification the maximum age limit for the posts of Executives/Engineers is 30

Know the pay and perks for THDC
fresh Recruitment 2025
The THDC
India Ltd. has offered a very attractive
pay package for the post of Engineer/Executive with minimum basic pay of Rs.
50,000 in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000-3%-1,60,000 (IDA), which includes various
allowances. Apart from this the selected
candidates shall be entitled for long term Loans & Advances including House
Building Advance, Car Loan, Computer/ Laptop Loan, Medical facilities, Group
Insurance, PF, NPS, Gratuity and Pension, Post-Retirement Medical Benefits etc.
What is the probation period: After selection there will
be probation of one year from the date of joining and on successful completion
of probation period the candidate shall be regularized.
What is the application fee
for THDC fresh Recruitment 2025
For
applying for the vacancies of Executives/Engineers the candidates have to pay
application fee of Rs. 600/- and there
will be no fee for SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates/Candidates
belonging to Doob Kshetra/ Project Affected Area Families of THDC Projects.

What is the procedure for selection
of Executives/Engineers
After
receipt of application there will be shortlisting/screening based on essential
qualification, number of years of post-qualification experience etc. and thereafter
there will be written/computer-based test, personal interview etc, as per
requirement. However, if in case number of eligible candidates are less
than 50 for any post, then there will Personal
Interview only. It is advisable to all
the candidates to read this section of the notification with utmost careful to
mitigate any error while applying for the vacancies.
