Stenography
Test
Apart from written test there will be shorthand skill test for which there will
be 10 minutes dictation @80 w.p.m. and the candidates have to transcript the
same in 50 minutes for English Language and in 65 minutes for Hindi language as
per option opted by the candidates at the time of filling up online form.
What is the Selection process
for Junior Secretariat Assistant:
The
selection for the post of JSA will be made
on the basis of Competitive Written
Examination and Proficiency Test in computer typing. For the post of JSA there will be two papers
i.e. Paper-I of mental ability having 90
minutes time period and Paper-II of
General Awareness and English Language
with time period of 1 hour. The examination will be computer based
objective type multiple choice examination and the syllabus for the post of JSA
will be of class XII.
Computer
Proficiency test for JSA: The candidates who apply for the post of JSA
have to undergo English typing test on computer @35 w.p.m. and Hindi typing @30
w.p.m. and the time period for typing
test on computer will be of 10 minutes.

The written examination and stenography and
computer proficiency tests of the candidates will be conducted at Delhi NCR to
be notified by the CSIR CRRI Delhi on its website later on.
