Company Secretary new Recruitment 2025: What is the selection process for the
post of Company Secretary in PSPCL
The
selection of the Company Secretary in
PSPCL shall be based on the following criteria
1.
50% weightage to marks obtained in the final
examination conducted by ICSI.
2.
15% weightage of membership of ICAI/ICWAI
3.
20% weightage to experience as Company Secretary.
4.
15% weightage of marks for interview.

Recruitment 2025: What is the pay Scale for Company Secretary
Pay-scale for the post of
Company Secretary (CS) shall be as per instructions issued by Govt. of Punjab,
Department of Finance. After selection
the candidate will remain under probation for three years .
PSPCL Company Secretary new Recruitment 2025: What is the Application
Fee for the post of Company Secretary
Those who want to apply for
the post of Company Secretary in the PSPCL have to pay application fee of
Rs.2360/- for all categories except SC/PwBD whereas the application fee for SC/PwBD is
1652. The Fees is non refundable and the
candidates have to pay the fees through online mode only. The relaxation in fee is applicable to Punjab
domicile only.
Document Verification:
Those who apply for the vacancy of company Secretary shall be called for
document verification and at that time the candidates have to produce original documents/certificates
with regard to eligibility, qualification,
age and experience etc. Intimation regarding document verification shall
be given to the candidates through email ID as mentioned by the candidate es in
