Punjab

The
candidate who want to apply for the post of stenographer Grade III the must possess
a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from
a recognized university and have proficiency in computers (Word Processing and
Spread Sheets).
In
addition to the above, applicant should have passed matriculation with Hindi or
Sanskrit as one of the subject or should have done +2/B.A./Μ.Α. with Hindi as
one of the subject, before the cut-off date of qualification (as mentioned
below) and those applicants who have neither passed matriculation with Hindi or
Sanskrit as one of the subject nor done +2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the
subjects before the cut-off date of qualification, such applicants shall have
to pass examination of Hindi language
upto matriculation standard, within the probation period, if selected, failing
which their appointment shall stand cancelled. Apart from this the candidate must possess skill of English
shorthand @ 80 w.pm.

What is
the application Selection process
For the selection of English Stenographer Grade
III for the subordinates courts of Haryana there will be Computer Based Test of
60 marks, comprising of 60 objective type multiple choice questions on English
Composition and General Knowledge. Each question will carry 1 mark with no
negative marking and test will be of 1 hour duration.
After qualifying the written
examination the candidates have to got through the English shorthand test and for English shorthand test there will be
dictation of 80 w.p.m. in English shorthand and the same is required to be transcript in 20 w.pm. on
the computer. As per notification 8% mistakes are allowed
and a candidate who commits more than 8% mistakes he will not qualify for the
selection. Apart from this there will be
spreadsheet test which is qualifying in nature of 10 minutes.

online mode will be accepted. So before

page will open wherein many links are given with regard to the vacancy of

4. Few box will open just agree with the same and
online form will open
5. Fill the
information therein and registration code will generate and fill accordingly as
per instructions asked thereafter.
