first stage  there will be sports proficiency test based on the level of tournament/competition played by the applicant duly supported by the certificate issued by the competent authority.  The marking will be done on the basis level of competition. For International level competition there will be 50 marks and for state/UTs there will be 45 marks and for University and inter-university  coemption 40 marks will be granted.
